Liberal Leadership

With Paul Martin stepping down and a bunch of high-profile liberals choosing not to run for the liberal leadership, the new front runners are supposedly Belinda Stronach, Michael Ignatieff, and Scott Brison. If this is the case, it should be interesting to see who wins. Ignatieff supported the U.S. invasion of Iraq (for the sake of freeing the Iraqi people, not for the purpose of trying to find weapons). Brison was, if I'm not mistaken, the first (and only?) openly gay MP, and Stronach (with some help from Chuck Cadman) kept the liberal minority afloat by crossing the floor.

It should make for an interesting race to say the least.
